Operational Deployment and Reporting Application

Welcome to the Operational Reporting and Deployment Application (ODRA)

ODRA provides analysis of alcohol and non-alcohol involved crash locations. It is designed to assist law enforcement agencies in traffic and DWI enforcement efforts.

Users can select parameters - including the county, jurisdiction, date and time and ODRA will create a list of the most dangerous intersections and road segments (top 20 alcohol involved and top 20 non-alcohol involved) in the jurisdiction, ranked by a risk score (based on number of crashes).

Law enforcement can use the application to find DWI hotspots - which helps in developing tactics and deploy their limited resources to stop impaired drivers before they crash.

If you are a member of a New Mexico law enforcement agency, public official or concerned citizen and you would like access to the ODRA application, please click here to register.
